Cllr. Matthew Goodwin-Freeman has launched his campaign against plans by Morrisons to introduce parking restrictions. This breaks a decades long agreement between the Harrow Arts Centre and Morrisons (previously Safeways) to park at Morrisons as an overflow.
This threatens the Arts Centre and continuation of events and classes at the site.
